Relationship Advice: What to Do When She Won’t Call You Back
As someone who writes in a blog about relationship advice, I was recently asked by someone what to do when your ex girlfriend says that she will keep in touch but doesn’t call back. Frustrating isn’t it. They say one thing but do something else entirely. Women!
Well in today’s article about relationship break up advice, I’m going to go over some the of the reasons why a) she said that she would call you, b) why she doesn’t call and c) what you can do about it.
Let’s start with the first one: Why she said she will call after you broke up.
She probably said this for one of two reasons. The first is that she meant it at the time. She really does want to keep in touch with you because she thinks she’ll miss you. And the second is that she didn’t mean it but said it to spare your feelings.
So which is it in your case? Only you will know the true answer to that. Different situations apply to different people. But know this – she probably does still care about you – she just can’t deal with things at the moment.

Ok, let’s move on the second one. Why she won’t call you or return your phone calls.
Women don’t like calling guys at the best of times, but once our hearts have been broken (whether it was our decision for the break-up or not) sometimes we just need some space. It’s not that we don’t want to talk to you; it’s just that we can’t deal with it at the moment.
And if you keep calling us or leaving messages we back away even further.
So finally – what can you do about it?
The best way to deal with this is to give it some time. In a few weeks once women are over the initial break up complication they’ll be much more reasonable and easier to talk to anyway. Trust me, it’ll make things much easier if you wait a while and give the relationship some breathing space.
I know, I know – this is easier said than done, but it really will help bring the both of you back together in the long run if that is what is destined to happen and love still exists.
